Currently, I ship only within Canada.

Each order is prepared and shipped directly from my studio in Alberta, Canada.

I will package and send your order within 5 business days. After that, please allow about 2 weeks for delivery within Canada.

Shipping costs between $3 - $20 depending on the number of items in your order.

Shipping price on bundles over 3 includes tracking. A single planner ships in an envelope with no tracking.

I don’t offer exchanges. I do accept returns. I will refund the item price once I have received the product in the original, resellable condition. Return must be within 2 weeks of delivery. Shipping is not refundable unless the return is due to my error.

Contact me immediately if an item is damaged in transit. I will need photos of the damage, including the packaging, before refunding. Depending on the item and the extent of the damage, it may not be worth the cost of sending it back to me, so please ask me first.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has shipped.

I accept credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay through Squarespace Commerce.

I design and illustrate each planner from sketch to finalized art and have them printed by a local print shop in Calgary, AB, Canada.
