MINIMUM 3-MONTH COMMITMENT
Each retainer package requires a minimum three-month commitment. At the end of this period, we’ll review how the program is working for you and ensure the allocated hours meet your business needs. From there, you can adjust to a 6, 9, or 12 month commitment based on your goals.

DEDICATED HOURS EACH MONTH
A specific number of hours will be reserved exclusively for your projects each month, ensuring focused and consistent design support.

UPFRONT MONTHLY PAYMENT
Payment is due on the 1st of each month, covering the month ahead and securing your block of design time.

ROLLOVER FLEXIBILITY
You can roll over up to 2 unused hours each month, which must be used by the last day of the following month. Any remaining unused hours will expire at the end of the month. This policy helps maintain steady workflow planning and ensures your projects are always prioritized.

CLEAR COMMUNICATION ON TIME USAGE
If we’re nearing the limit of your monthly hours, I’ll let you know in advance. Should additional time be required, you’ll always be informed before making any commitment to extra charges.
